01. What is the first step?
You need to have a valid passport. Please apply for a visa
with the Indian Mission (Embassy) in your country. For all
the reservations and information on the itineraries, hotels
and tour cost, please contact us directly.

We will not be able to assist you with your International
flights.
However, we will offer all kinds of travel arrangements like
domestic flights, train tickets, hotels, transfers & tours
and all other travel related services in India, Nepal, Bhutan
& Tibet.
03. Trip Insurance ?
We advise you to arrange travel insurance in your own country.
04. What to see & how to make reservations?
India offer you everything - culture, history, wildlife, beaches,
spirituality..... Our website is full of tourist information.
You could pick up the tours given there OR, make your own
programme and we will be very glad to quote you.
If you need a tailor made tour, pls send us the following
information
- the places you wish to visit
- the number of days
- the number of people
- the approximate dates
- the city of your arrival and departure
- the type/budget of hotels
05. Which kinds of hotels should we book?
We suggest you to use atleast a minimum 3 or 4 star hotels
as most of and lesser category of hotels may not be so good.
Due to our excellent relations with most of the Hotels, we
receive very attractive special rates from all Hotels which
at times are approximately 40/50% lower than their rack rates
In some cities of India, some of the old palaces, forts, castles
and havelis have been converted into hotels. In these cities,
a stay at these hotels is highly recommended.
06. How do I book my trip ?
Once you have agreed on the tour and the price, we would need
the following information
- Names
- Arrival/departure details
- Passport details
- Age (if train travel in involved)
We would also need a small deposit at the time you book the
tour.
07. Payment Procedure
In most of the cases we will be needing only a small deposit
at the time you book the tour. This can be done by telex/bank
transfer or a cheque. The balance will be collected on your
arrival in India. The balance payment is to be made in cash
or through travelers cheques.
In some cases like the special train journeys, or resorts
or hotels during the very peak seasons (Christmas, New Year),
full payments are needed in advance.
08. How to Pay ?
A. CHEQUE
If payment is by a bank cheque, the cheque can be made

If you wish to pay by a telex/bank transfer, please ask your
bank to transfer the money.

Log on to our secured Online Payment Gateway to make payments
using your Visa / Master credit or Debit Card. 3% bank charges
on total amout paid by credit or debit card.

Advance Payment / Cancellation charges
In case of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any
avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing.
Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive
letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
>> 45 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour / service
cost.
>> 44 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 20% of the
tour / service cost.
>> 14 days to 07 days prior to arrival - 25% of the
tour / service cost.
>> 06 days to 72 hours prior to arrival - 50% of the
tour / service cost.
>> Less than 72 hours or no show - NO REFUND.
Please note - irrespective of above mentioned cancellations
slabs - incase of cancellation of tour services after the
booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would
be applicable.
In case of special train journey (like Palace on Wheels, Deccan
Odyssey, Royal Orient etc.) and high peak season bookings
(from 20th Dec to 15th Jan) a separate cancellation policy
is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would
be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on
the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers
we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation
and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to
refund.
Refund: : In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services
(which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount
would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as
described above and the money would be accordingly refunded
to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note
that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking
procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account
OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from
the refund amount.
OUR LIABILITIES & LIMITATIONS:
Please note that after the finalization of the tour / service
cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums,
taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt of India, the
same would be charged as extra.
Indovision Tours Pvt. Ltd. act only in the capacity of agent
for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors
providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts,
contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to
terms & conditions under which these services are provided
by them.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you
a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors
such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of
the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either
before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right
to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants
safety, comfort & general well being.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations
in the programme or expenses incurred directly or indirectly
due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident,
breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport,
weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward
incidents.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage
to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation,
transportation or other services, resulting directly
or indirectly from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident,
breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport,
wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages,
epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults,
or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses
for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons.
Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in
their home country. All baggages & personal property/s
at all times are at the clients risk.
Arrival and Departure Policy
>> Check-In - 1200 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early
check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous
night.
>> Check - Out - 1200 Hours
Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability
/ Payment.
